Pick-up instructions will be sent 1 business day before your scheduled pick-up.
Drop-off instructions will be sent 3 days before your scheduled day of drop-off.
Instructions about how to use your Spaceships campervan aren't emailed as the info about the Instructional Videos and where to find them has already been mentioned in emails like the booking confirmation.
