If you have received a ticket for a traffic offence or camping in places where it is not allowed to camp - freedom camping infringement - there are two options:

  1. Pay the ticket / infringement fee according to the instructions on the piece of paper that was left on your campervan

  2. Appeal the infringement as per the instructions on the piece of paper that was left on your campervan

Traffic offences - like speeding tickets - that lead to an infringement notice being sent to the owner of the vehicle - us - will be processed by us via the card you added to our secure vault at check-in and will incur an admin fee, according to our Terms & Conditions.

We recommend paying or appealing an infringement as soon as possible.

It can take some time before we receive infringements as enforcement agencies can take a couple of months to send notices through to us. We will be in touch if you do get any though. We will notify you that one has been received and that we have processed it. If you want to appeal the infringement, please contact us to let us know.
