What to do if we didn't receive our lock-box number?

First, check your spam folder! Sometimes they disappear in that part of someone's email-box.

Pick-up instructions are sent the day before the scheduled day of pick-up (not 24 hours before but the day before).

Even though pick-ups are self-service there is always staff on site during business hours - between 9am and 4pm, 6 days a week in winter and 7 days a week in summer - to help with the pick-up process.

If your pick-up is after-hours - after 5pm or before 9am - and you haven't received the instructions the day before, please contact us.

If your pick-up is during business hours, our crew will be there to help so no worries.
