All drop-offs are contactless as well. No staff member will be on-site.

You can drop at any time, as long as you drop off during office hours (9am - 5pm) on the scheduled day of drop-off it's fine. We are not as strict as the average car rental company. 😁 However, if you would like to drop off (early) after-hours please contact us to request it, so we can send you the after-hours drop-off info.

The during business hours drop-off instructions are simple... Please return your Spaceship at the correct location on the right day in the same condition you received it; washed, clean and rubbish free. You don't need to wash the bedding & linen or empty the freshwater tank.

If your campervan has a toilet - self-contained campervan - make sure you empty and clean the toilet and grey water as per the instructions provided! Even if you have added an Express Return Pack, the toilet must always be emptied & cleaned. $300 fee applies for dirty/un-sanitised portable toilet returns.

Just park the vehicle at the depot, take your stuff out, lock the vehicle and drop the keys in the mailbox/key-drop (in or next to the front door of the Auckland depot and on the entry side gate of the Christchurch depot). Please do not put the keys in the lockbox used during pick-up. These are only for pick-ups. Just drop the keys in the mailbox / key drop.
