When returning your Spaceship, please return it in the same condition as when you received it, with a clean and tidy exterior and interior.
Remove all rubbish and dirt or mud from the interior.
Wash the exterior so our crew can see and check all panels.
Don’t have time or don’t want to wash the vehicle? The Speedy Return Pack is a great option for you. With this pack, you can drop off the vehicle as is and be on your way. The Speedy Return Pack includes a free transfer to the airport or city (in Auckland or Christchurch) and eliminates the need to wash the campervan, among other advantages.
The Speedy Return Pack can be added before the start of your road trip via the Online Check-in Portal. If you're already on the road, contact our crew to have it added.
