First, make sure you have added a Speedy Return Pack to your booking: add it when making the booking, add it during the Online Check-in Process or when you are already on the road a Spaceships Crew Member can add it for you.
To use the free transfer of the Speedy Return Pack:
Dropping off during depot opening hours: the Spaceships Crew will book the transfer once you have arrived at the depot.
Dropping off outside of depot opening hours aka after-hours drop-off:
Let us know beforehand at what time you will be at the depot
We will then prebook the transfer via Uber for you and you will receive a link
When you are ready to use the transfer click the link and it activates the transfer and send a Uber vehicle to your location. Only click the link once you are ready to use the transfer!
