After filling in your travel dates you will see the overview of our range of vehicles:
Green bar and the words 'Available' means there are plenty of vehicles available and your booking will be confirmed immediately.
Orange bar and the words 'Limited Availability - Request' means that availability isn’t confirmed yet. It may be limited, or there may be no availability at all for your dates. Submitting a request allows us to manually check our fleet availability for your exact dates. No payment is taken at this stage. We’ll email you within one business day to let you know whether we can confirm the booking, or to suggest the best available alternative. If we’re able to confirm availability, we’ll then process the 20% deposit, with the balance payable later. It is like a waiting list during times when availability on certain date/route combos is low.
Grey bar and the words 'Fully Booked' means that the particular campervan category is unfortunately sold out on your travel date/route combo.
Please keep in mind that Spaceships uses calendar days as hire days, not 24 hour timeframes, which is much easier for everyone,. Your pick-up day counts as the first day and the drop-off day is the last day. Time pick-up times on these day don't impact the price, a day is a day and not a 24-hour time period. Easy as.
