All payments to and/or done by Spaceships New Zealand will show the name Spaceships New Zealand or Spaceships Rentals on your bank or card statement. When a payment is processed via the card on file, you'll also receive an itemised receipt to show you what the payment is for, for example:

• Toll road payment (see for more info about paying for toll roads)

• For infringements such as speeding or parking tickets, we will also send you a separate email detailing the offence, as issued by the NZ Police or any other relevant authority.

• Remaining balance payment - if you have asked us to process it via the card details on file
