Lots of travellers get confused by the words "relocation" and "one-way road booking" (picking up and dropping off the vehicle at different locations. You may think they are the same but they are actually completely different.
One-way booking explained
At Spaceships there are no fees to pick up your campervan at location A and drop it off at location B, as long as you book it that way. You can't just change your mind mid-way a road trip and decide to drop off your campervan elsewhere.
Relocations explained
Relocations are "mistakes" in the planning. It's basically vehicles being in the wrong location. Rental companies look for flexible travellers to bring the vehicles in 3 to 5 days to the right location. Relocations happen spontaneously. They can't be pre-booked. There's no way to receive alerts.
If a relocation becomes available it'll be published on our Relocations Overview Page. This is the most up-to-date source for finding Spaceships campervan relocations, the page is constantly updated. If a relocation is listed, you better book it before it's gone.
Relocations are quick trips from A to B, just a few days and are usually done by travellers that need to go from A to B in a short amount of time. It isn't suitable for travellers that want to take their time, see a lot and travel for weeks.
When you think you are looking for a relocation, you probably are looking for a one-way booking, which is better than a relocation.
