First, make sure the power switch of the campervan is switched on. See below for info about how it works for each campervan category.

Second, make sure the power switch of the fridge is turned on. It's the dial on the fridge itself, when it is turned all the way to the left, the fridge is switched off. Set the dial to 2, which is a nice temperature to keep food cold while not using too much power.

Dream Sleeper Mini: where to find the power switches

The Dream Sleeper Mini no longer has two power switches. When we upgraded this campervan category and upgraded it with a solar panel the power switches were removed. Turning the fridge off can now be done be setting it to level 0. Make sure to check the dial's level if you think the fridge is not on. When on 0, turn it back up to 2.

Beta 2S Self-Contained Campervan: location of the power switch

If the power of the Beta 2S Self-Contained Campervan is switched off, just press the ENTER button (blue button on the right) on the power box to turn it back on.

Beta Campervans: where to find the power switch

The power switch is located on that white box on the side of the bed, you'll see it when you open the sliding door. The silver switch on top - circled in red in the image below - is the main switch to turn on the power for the Smart Battery system. This needs to be switched on when you pick up your campervan.
