Refuelling your Spaceships is just as easy as refuelling a regular car.
Open the fuel hatchet - the lever is located next to the driver's seat - and remove the fuel cap from the tank.
Select the right type of fuel/petrol at the gas station: all Spaceships have petrol engines. They run on unleaded petrol 91.
Start refuelling the campervan an stop when the tank is full (60 litres is the max). The fuel pump will shut off automatically as that is how petrol stations work worldwide so also in New Zealand.
Screw the fuel cap back on and close the fuel hatch.
The whole process is also explained in the short video below. It includes some info about checking the tyre pressure - always a smart thing to do when getting fuel, especially on long road trips.
More info about fuel consumption of Spaceships campervans
On each campervan's specification page you will find the fuel consumption of each campervan category. Fuel consumption is an estimate and will vary based on how you drive, the terrain you are driving, the average speed on the open road and urban usage.
