Ensure the key is fully Inserted. Push the key in firmly and try turning again.
Make sure the steering lock isn't on. If you have the steering lock on, please wiggle the steering wheel while turning the key to unlock this.
Check the gear shift. The car might not be fully in "Park". Jiggle the gear shift and ensure it’s fully engaged in the correct position.
Battery issue. A weak battery can lock the ignition. Try jump-starting the vehicle or contact Roadside Assistance.
