Change of pick-up time isn't allowed or the option isn't available. Why is that?

The Online Check-in Portal gives you access to your booking and the power to make all kinds of changes, including changing the pick-up time. However, sometimes you don't see the option to make that change or a requested change isn't allowed. Why? Let us share a bit more info about this.

No button or greyed out / disabled button to make time change

When the button to change your pick-up time is disabled - grey and not working - it means that the deadline to make that change has passed. Due to operational challenges created by last-minute changes, we have set a deadline to make such a time change.

If you want to request a last-minute change to your booking, please contact the friendly Spaceships Crew as they have the power to check whether it is possible... And will apply the last-minute change if it is possible.

Change of pick-up time isn't allowed (error message showing)

All changes are subject to availability so if there is no availability then the requested change cannot be made.

You will see an error message like the one below....
