When you have received the pick-up instructions with the lock-box info & code, you'll notice the text that the code will be active from the moment of the scheduled pick-up time. If you would like to change your pick-up time there are two options:
If your pick-up takes place days from now, you still have access to the Online Check-in Portal to change the pick-up time yourself (within business hours).
If your pick-up is scheduled to take place within 24 hours, you'll need to contact us to request a change in pick-up time. Our Crew needs to check whether there is space to activate the pick-up code for an earlier pick-up time slot.
