Big changes to your booking - like changing the location - can be requested via our Change Request Form. That form is the fastest way to the Support Crew's inbox to request a change. Please note: change requests are subject to availability. We do our best to accommodate your change request but due to availability - especially in the busy season - not all change requests can be honoured.
Small changes, like adding accessories or changing the pick-up time of your booking, can be done by you via the Online Check-in Portal.
