Flight delays can happen, it's part of life. Make sure you have travel insurance as costs associated with delayed flights or lost luggage can often be claimed on your travel insurance policy.

When your flight is delayed, please let the Spaceships Crew know. Our crew can be reached via email (toll-free) phone and Whatsapp chat. By informing us of a flight delay and thus picking up your campervan later, we'll know you will still be showing up so we'll keep your campervan reserved and waiting for you.

Please keep in mind that the check-in closes 3 days before your scheduled travel start date. You can still make changes to your travel dates, but refunds won't be available for any unused rental days.
