The Online Check-in must be completed in full 72 hours (3 days) before picking up your campervan. If the check-in isn't done by then our crew cannot send you the pick-up instructions, which could lead to a delay in the pick-up process or even having to pick up a day later.
If you completed the check-in process, the Online Check-in Portal remains open until the deadline. This allows you to make changes to your details, selected insurance, accessories etc. However, some changes are locked when the deadline is reached (3 days before your scheduled travel start date). You can still make changes to your travel dates, but refunds won't be available for any unused rental days.

However, this could lead to a delay in the pick-up process - having to pick up a day later - especially if you are picking up outside of office hours or on a weekend day and we're unable to get the campervan ready in time due to missing important check-in info. No vehicle can leave our depot without the check-in being completed in full!
To avoid delays in the pick-up process, it is highly recommended to do the Check-in Process as soon as possible. The Check-in Portal opens once your booking is confirmed and as you can always come back to make changes there is no reason to delay the Online Check-in Process. Do it now and you'll have one less thing to worry about.
