Web Calling is Better than Calling via WhatsApp
Calling the Spaceships Crew or our Roadside Assistance team via web aka mobile data is just easier. You don't need any special software or apps. Just go to our Web Calling Virtual Phone Booth Page and click the Call Spaceships button.
The call when take place via a data connection, so ideal for Space Travellers that haven't activated the free SIM and only have 4G/5G mobile data or wifi at their disposal. Your call will land in the Spaceships phone systems and you'll have the following options to choose from.
option #1 to book a Spaceship, talk to the sales team
option #2 to talk to a crew member about your booking (customer service team)
option #3 to talk to NZRA aka Roadside Assistance (available 24 hours a day)
Options #1 and #2 are available between 9am and 5pm (NZ time) on working days, while option #3 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
