If you are scheduled to drop-off you campervan at our Auckland depot, we have some extra info for you to make the process even easier.
First, you'll receive an email with the drop-off instructions 2-3 days before your scheduled day of drop-off. Don't know when you're scheduled to drop-off? Check your booking confirmation that was emailed to you when you made the booking.

Wash the outside of the vehicle

Remove all rubbish and dirt or mud from the interior.
Wash the exterior so our crew can see & check all panels (take the vehicle through a car wash)
You don't need to wash the bedding & linen.

Auckland drop-off info
If the gate is open: Please drive into the driveway, park your vehicle in the designated area next to the reception entrance and hand the keys to our staff at reception or place them into key drop box (located on the wall to the right of the reception entrance).
If the gate is closed: Use the gate code (see drop-off email you have received) to unlock the gate. Tip: the gate code goes onto the on the line just above the middle line. The middle line is not where the combination needs to go. Park your vehicle in the designated area next to the reception entrance and place the keys into key drop box (located on the wall to the right of the reception entrance)đź”’Please ensure the gate is locked when you leave the depot.
