You can use any Mastercard, American Express or Visa card - credit or debit card (postpaid and prepaid) - for booking your Spaceship.
The bond (some call it deposit) - when on standard or partial insurance - isn't a transaction, it'll be frozen on your card: credit card (prepaid or postpaid) or debit card. Just make sure you have enough money on your card or have a spending limit that is sufficient. The bond - deposit - will be frozen for the duration of your hire. If you select Stress-Free Insurance then there's no bond.
You can even use different cards. For instance, some travellers get their #SpaceshipsRoadTrip as a gift from their parents... Or they are allowed to use their parents' credit card for the bond. Isn't that nice?
Also, you can select any insurance option for your campervan booking. This isn't dependent on the payment method used.
