As soon as you are connected to Spaceships HQ select option #3 to talk to NZRA aka Roadside Assistance (available 24 hours a day)
Do not try to repair things yourself - no matter how skilled you are - or go to a workshop without our approval. Getting repairs or fixes done without our approval may result in not getting a refund for it.
The Spaceships Crew is here to help, so contact us first, no matter the selected insurance level. We need to make sure that any repair or fix is done according to our high standards. It's a matter of safety and quality control.
