I'm having trouble uploading a copy of my driving licence to the Check-in Portal

The Online Check-in Portal gives you all the power to update and manage your booking.

In tab #3 of the check-in process you need to upload a copy/photo of your licence - front side with the important info only. Pl'ease upload your local licence only and not the translation or international licence version.

All popular image & document file formats are accepted: JPG, PNG, PDF etc.

The upload process can take several seconds to several minutes, depending on the speed of your internet connection. When on a (slow) mobile connection it will definitely take minutes for the upload to finish. Please be patient and do not close the upload session prematurely.

If you are having issues uploading your licence file, please contact the friendly Spaceships Crew and provide us with the following info.

  • Browser name & version you have been using, for example Firefox, Safari, Chrome etc. + its version number

  • The kind of device you were using, for example laptop, desktop or mobile

  • Operating System & version, for example Windows, Apple OS, Linux

Then our geeks can look into the specific issue you are facing. All our systems are always tested with the latest browsers & systems but due to constant changes sometimes an incompatibility issue can happen.
