When you are already on the road, the Ferry Voucher can be removed from your booking by our friendly crew, if you decide not to use the Ferry Voucher, no matter the reason.
As explained in the FAQ article 'Ferry Disruptions, what to do' there are times of the year when the ferry services are disrupted due to various factors like severe weather or scheduling challenges. The impact of these issues is the biggest in peak season (December - March) but can also happen in other months of the year.
Spaces on the ferry and its tickets can get extremely hard to get as they've become rare due to services being cancelled and others selling out super fast. So if you are able to book a ferry ticket yourself then by all means GO FOR IT! Let us know if you have booked the ferry yourself and we'll simply remove the unused Spaceships Ferry Voucher from your booking and refund you the money. No worries.
