No, unfortunately we cannot refund unused or unopened accessories, such as a 4-pack of gas canisters, even if it is still sealed. Accessories you have purchased are yours to keep once they have been bought, so they will not be refunded when you return the campervan.

Please note the difference between accessories you buy and accessories you hire:

• Purchased accessories, such as gas canister packs, are yours to keep. If you end up with spares, you can take them home or leave them in the campervan for the next travellers.
• Hired accessories, such as camping chairs, a table or a solar shower, stay with the campervan and must be returned with it. They are not yours to keep and are only hired for the duration of your trip.

If you end up with spare purchased accessories at the end of your trip, you have two options:

• Take them home with you. Butane gas canisters cannot travel on planes, so please keep local travel and shipping rules in mind.
• Donate them. You are welcome to leave them in the campervan for the next travellers.
