Please use the booking amendment/road trip extension form to request any changes to your booking. That way we have all the info we need in one go and our friendly customer service team can do their magic. You can also use that form to request an extension when you are already on the road. It is that easy at Spaceships.
Booking a Spaceships campervan is easy. Even if you don't know your exact travel dates... Or the number of days you want to travel.
Want to extend your trip? Of course, we can extend your trip but it is subject to availability, so that is something we do need to check.
Change of plans? Updating a booking before pick-up can be done without change fees but it is subject to availability. There are no change fees in the world of Spaceships. However, a recalculation of the daily rate does happen and may result in a lower or higher daily rate.
Check-in closes 7 days before your scheduled travel start date. You can still make changes to your travel dates, but refunds won't be available for any unused rental days.
What happens to my price if I change my dates?
A little flexibility goes a long way and we like to keep things as easy as possible.
Changing your dates by 1–2 days
No worries at all. We'll honour your original daily rate, so your price stays as it is.
Changing your dates by more than 2 days
Your booking will be re-priced for the new dates. Here's why and what that means:
We recalculate your whole rental, not just the days you're adding or removing.
The daily rate and availability for your new travel dates will apply.
That means your original rate or any promo you booked with may no longer be available, your new price could be a bit lower or a bit higher.
